Do I Lie?

Lying is a creative process,

I am a creative person...

Every time I write, I lie recording the truth... a form of it, at least...

It is, like most things, a matter of perception...

But I am not a fan of "fake truths",

Instead, if there should be any need,

I would not oppose "half truths"...

I have no idea what has gotten into me,

Besides myself... which has permanent "residence"...

I am not for what I have just "recorded", neither am I against...

It's only half describing... "me"... what I do or believe ethical...

It is dependent on the situation; subjective to ongoing interpretations

Of facts and surroundings... (facts alone are half truths, themselves)
